Stayed here with my mother-in-law the night before her surgery. Very convenient to Park West hospital and we were able to get a handicapped room on the first floor which was perfect. My husband and I enjoyed drinks at the Bistro. Very good bartender! Rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
We loved it! The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating!!! They went above and beyond to make our one night stay enjoyable. The food was very good and we were happy they had a bar! We also loved the outdoor firepit. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The property is a little tired but housekeeping and the front of house service was great. They provided a small welcome bag with a bottle of water and a little snack which many properties have stopped doing. Everything in the room worked but could use a refresh. If you need to be in West Knoxville the location is great also. In today's hotel offerings I think it's a miss to not provide free breakfast. I mean maybe it's ok at the full service hotels like Marriott or Hilton and luxury hotels, but courtyard is a mid-tier mostly business brand.
Recently spent 2 weeks staying at Courtyard as I was waiting on my new upcoming apartment lease to begin. The staff were very attentive, and the GM (I believe her name is Nicole) went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were taken care of. At one point this included buying me a case of Dr. Pepper for my room (which was a big win for me). The rooms were clean and modern, with some even having balconies. Great location. The only downside to this property is that their only elevator runs very slowly and is sometimes shut down entirely, and my rooms were on the smaller side. Overall though, I got a stellar rate and I would recommend this property to anyone passing thru the Knoxville area.
Rooms were very nice but not as large as we had expected. Beds were only double beds, we preferred queen or king but, overall we loved it. We would stay again
This five-star review is for the hotel — but in particular the concierge who checked us in. Think her name is Saxley but my girlfriend and I turned to each other in the elevator after checking in and both commented on how incredibly professional the receptionist was. Like she was on top of it as if we were checking into a Four Seasons. Room was fine. The heat was a bit weak and there wasn’t an extra blanket but we managed to sleep fine.
Came to visit the weekend with my family and it was a home game weekend. Overall it was a wonderful stay. The check in was great and fast and the front desk girl was super nice (with a little gift bag). I don’t typically stay at courtyards but this made me consider staying at other locations. Recommended to stay for the staff helpfulness and cleanliness:)
